Delete Your Account
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This page explains how to delete your SweetHolo account and its data, what gets removed, and how long anything is kept. SweetHolo is developed by RemyWare LLC.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account and its data in the app, where you're already signed in:
- Open the SweetHolo app.
- Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Schedule deletion. You're signed out, and the deletion is scheduled right away.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings.
Can't open the app?
If you've uninstalled SweetHolo or can't sign in, email us at support@sweetholo.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll check it's you and take care of it.
What gets deleted
- Your portfolios, cards, copies, Favorites and Wants
- Your Tally days and saved Calculator receipts
- Shows you created, and your "going" on other shows
- Your follows, followers, follow requests and blocks
- Your profile, @username and settings
- Photos you uploaded: Tally photos, show covers, your profile photo and cover image
- Your sign-in records and your subscription record at RevenueCat
What we keep, and for how long
- A 30-day window. Nothing is erased for 30 days after you ask. If you change your mind, sign back in within that time and the deletion is cancelled, with everything just as you left it.
- After 30 days. Everything listed above is permanently deleted.
- A "Deleted user" placeholder. Your profile is replaced by a placeholder with no name, photo or data, so other people's shows and lists still display correctly.
- Backups and the law. Our database backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted data can remain in a backup for up to 14 days. We also keep anything the law requires us to.
